Seki Labs is a small New Zealand studio with six years of production software behind it, across customer-facing products and the unglamorous internal systems that keep a business moving. Small means fewer handoffs, clearer scope, and a straight line between the conversation and the build.
AI-enabled means AI does a real job inside the system rather than sitting in a chat box in the corner of a page. Where plain code does it better, faster and cheaper, you get plain code and we say so.

Do you only work with trades?
No. Trades were an early focus and we still build for them, but the work spans professional services, operations teams, retail and anyone with a process stuck in spreadsheets.
What does "AI-enabled" actually mean?
AI does a specific job inside the system: reading messages, summarising documents, classifying and routing work, drafting replies. It sits behind a normal interface, and where ordinary code does the job better we use ordinary code.
Can you work on software we already have?
Yes. Extending, fixing and integrating an existing codebase is normal work here. We will tell you honestly if rebuilding a piece is cheaper than patching it.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, domains and accounts are yours, in your repositories and under your billing, from day one.
What does it cost?
After the free audit we quote a fixed price for a defined scope, plus any monthly running cost. No open-ended hourly creep.
How long does it take?
A site or a focused automation is usually one to three weeks. Larger builds ship in stages, so something useful is live early instead of everything landing at the end.
